Trip Description - Everest View Trek

The Everest region can be visited all seasons of the year, but spring and autumn are the best times with good weather and pleasant temperatures. Spring and autumn are high tourist seasons for hiking. However, even less touristy seasons are great opportunities to get a more special Everest Outlook experience. With its snow-capped peaks and magnificent Sherpa culture, the Everest region is famous for some of the best trekking in Nepal. Most trekking in the Everest region begins with a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to Everest. From Lukla, the trek takes you to Namche Bazaar, full of Sherpa culture. Namche Bazaar is the main Centre of this trek, you will trekking to the beautiful village of Thame, where there is a beautiful monastery high on the rocks. Since the village of Thame is far from the main trekking route of the Everest base camp, only a small number of passengers come. Sherpa Tenzing Norgay (the legendary Sherpa who accompanied Sir Edmund Hillary on his first successful ascent of Everest in 1953) is located in Thame. Exploring Tengboche is like visiting one of the most famous monasteries in the region. Here, you can visit the famous Gumba where mountaineers and hikers traditionally go to seek His blessings for the successful journey of the Head Lama. Tengboche also offers an exceptionally close-up view of the mount Ama Dablam, a worthy candidate for the world’s most beautiful mountain.

  11. Day 11 KATHMANDU : BUFFER DAY

Famous for its hilly airports, Nepal offers many domestic flights giving you access to all parts of the country. When there is less time in Nepal, it is better to take a local flight to avoid long journeys. Mountain weather is often unpredictable, but it's best to add one or two buffer days after your trek to adjust the time for flight delays. If you are planning an international flight around one of your domestic flights from a mountainous area, add at least one day of buffer travel days to your itinerary if possible. Here is information about possible one-day activities. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the main attractions of the Kathmandu Valley are three Durbar Square (Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur) and four temples and stupas (Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Temple and Changu Narayan Temple). If you want to walk all day (8 hours), you can visit any four places [Boudhanath, Pashupatinath Temple, Changu Narayan Temple and Bhaktapur Durbar Square] or [Swayambhunath, Bungmati, Patan Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square] in one day. We can arrange a day trip at your request, and the service user will have to pay extra directly for it. Customers can hire a guide and car or rent a car. Stay overnight at the hotel with daily breakfast.

  12. Day 12 KATHMANDU (1,338 M): DEPARTURE DAY

Transfer from the hotel to the airport to return home at least three hours before your flight departure time. According to the Nepal Immigration Department, we will also help in obtaining the necessary documents for the flight from Kathmandu. We hope that your visit to Nepal and the activities you carried out during the trek will remind you to visit Nepal again in the coming days. We wish you a safe return home. We hope to see you in Kathmandu again in the coming days!

Accommodation offered during the trip

The accommodation we use may vary depending on our package travel and the range of travel destinations. Before or after the trip you can book comfortable hotels in cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara for your stay. If you book a tea house trekking trip, we will provide a small two-bed room for sharing in the hill lodges which is a basic facility but very clean.

Now, better-equipped lodges are also available in Annapurna and Everest areas but we recommend trekkers to use accommodation above 3,500 meters where clean rooms and clean food are readily available. Sometimes a level of flexibility may be required when trekking in remote mountain areas. We believe that you will complete your vacation without any problems and have the trip of a lifetime. If you book camping/trekking, our camping team will manage a comfortable camping site by the river where possible.

There will usually be a dedicated support team on the trip to move luggage and equipment, set up camp, and prepare your food. You will find more detailed information about travel accommodation which is mentioned separately in the lodging section of each vacation package page.

However, you can expect excellent service and high quality in any budget range you choose. You can learn more about different types of travel and their features and the proposed travel price by contacting us directly where we will be very pleased to answer your questions. We always try to choose comfortable accommodation with local character reflecting the best value based on twin share accommodation.

When you book a trip, unless you request a private single room, we will arrange for you to share a twin bed room with a person of the same gender. If you request a private single room, you will need to pay a single room supplementary fee. Please note that during the trek, if the destination is 4000 meters above sea level, only dormitory accommodation with private beds will be available. On trekking trips we try our best but do not promise guaranteed room options. For most of our camping trips, we supply branded two-person tents, including groundsheets.

Mess tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent, service plates, bowls, and all necessities are provided. Members of the mountaineering travel group are requested to manage according to the options given on the website.
