(A) TOUR PAYMENT:

(1) Advance Payment (Non-Refundable deposit):
If your trip includes domestic air tickets, we may need to purchase air tickets within the timeframe given by the airlines, so we request that you deposit money into our bank account, which includes domestic ticket costs and travel deposit payments. Once we receive the deposit payment, we will begin the process of booking domestic air tickets and hotels. We'll send you travel arrangements updates and travel confirmations within a week. If we need to buy a domestic flight ticket immediately, we will ask you to transfer the payment as soon as possible. Some hotels and suppliers may ask for a non-refundable deposit to guarantee service booking and we will request that it be included in the second payment.

(2) Final Payment:
You have to pay the payment for the visit to Nepal will be in Euro or US dollars in cash or Nepali Rupees on the day of arrival in Kathmandu. Besides that the full payment for travel to India, Tibet and Bhutan must be paid 30 days before departure via bank transfer. If your trip includes domestic air or train tickets, we may request a ticket price, including a booking deposit, to guarantee a minimum fare. Credit card payments applicable an additional 4% fee. We accept payment only from the passenger's account. However, we reserve the right to refuse certain types of payments.

(B) PAYMENT PROCESS:

An advance payment (non-refundable deposit) is mandatory for trip booking. The rest of the payment for the trip can be made via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer or Western Union money transfer or Nepal online payments like eSewa, Khalti and IME, etc.

(1) Payment by Credit Card (Master or Visa Card Only):
Please fill in the required details in the form with your credit card details, signature (as on your credit card). Click here to download the credit-card-payment-form, and complete according to the information given in the form. Email the completed form to Jagadamba Holidays Private Limited. Alpine Travel Services (Credit Card Division) will charge your credit card on behalf of Jagadamba Holidays Private Limited.

Important Note:
We kindly request you not to make the mistake of sending the details of the form directly to Alpine Travel Service, Kathmandu. Please send us a clear color copy of your passport or photo ID along with the completed form. However, there is an additional 4% charge when you make any payment via credit card.

(2) Payment through Banks – Swift Transfer: Here are our Bank’s swift transfer details;

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or losses during the transfer process that rely solely on bank policies. In any case, if the amount received from the bank is less than the remittance rate due to foreign exchange rate or any other reason, you are requested to make the total amount on arrival equal to the tour cost.

Finally, email us the bank reference number or copy of the remittance slips you received when you initiated the transfer. Sometimes banks forward payment funds under different names; If we have reference number or remittance slip and sender details, it will be easier for us to check in the bank.

(3) Payment through Western Union or IME:
According to information provided via email or WhatsApp, customers will be able to pay travel fees through Western Union or IME in the name of the founder or CEO of Jagadamba Holidays.

Please email us with a clear scanned copy of the transfer payment slip with control number. When customers book their trip to Jagadamba Holidays, it means they have read and understood the terms of the company's travel booking and they agree to abide by all the terms.
